2. Purpose of Data Processing

The Data Controller processes personal data only to the extent necessary for providing photography services, contacting clients, concluding contracts, invoicing, and operating the website. During data processing, the Data Controller takes into account the provisions of the following legislation:

  • Act CXII of 2011 on Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information
  • Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code
  • Act C of 2000 on Accounting

During the use of the services, the following personal data may be processed:

  • location of the photoshoot
  • date and time of the photoshoot
  • other information necessary for providing the service

  • the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.

5. Contact Requests

The personal data provided through the contact form on the website or via email is processed exclusively for communication purposes and preparing offers.

6. Booking Appointments

If an online booking system is introduced, the personal data provided will be processed solely for reserving appointments and providing the requested service.

7. Invoicing

Invoices are issued through the Számlázz.hu system. The data required for invoicing is used exclusively to fulfil legal obligations.

8. Accounting

Data related to invoicing may also be accessed by the company’s accountant for the purpose of fulfilling accounting obligations.

9. Delivery of Photographs

The completed images may be delivered through:

  • Google Drive sharing,
  • Adobe Lightroom online gallery,
  • or another previously agreed electronic method.

    If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address will be used exclusively for sending personal news, promotions, and updates. Your consent may be withdrawn at any time.


    11. Facebook and Social Media

    When contacting SN Photography through Facebook or other social media platforms, the privacy policies of the respective social media platforms also apply.

    The website may use Google Analytics to analyze visitor traffic. The service collects anonymous statistical data to help improve the website.
