General Terms & Conditions (GTC) – General Photography Services

1. Scope of the Terms & Conditions
These General Terms & Conditions apply to portrait, couple, family, pet, equestrian, vehicle, event, and other photography services provided by SN Photography.
2. Booking a Photoshoot
The date and time of the photoshoot become final after prior consultation between the parties and confirmation by the Photographer.
3. Payment
The service fee shall be agreed upon by the parties in advance. Payment can be made by:

• cash,
• bank transfer,
• or another method agreed upon in advance.

4. Travel Fee
Unless otherwise stated in the agreement, a travel fee of 35 HUF/km applies. If the agreement states that travel expenses are included in the service fee, no additional mileage fee will be charged.
5. Cancellation
The Client must notify the Photographer of any cancellation or request for modification as soon as possible. The Photographer reserves the right to suggest a new date in case of unfavorable weather conditions or other circumstances that may significantly affect the quality of the photoshoot.
6. The Photoshoot Process
The Photographer creates the images according to their professional knowledge and expertise. The Client is required to cooperate and arrive at the agreed location at the agreed time.
7. Delivery of Images
The photographs will be delivered in digital format. The expected delivery deadline is a maximum of 30 calendar days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
8. RAW Files
RAW files are not included in the service and will not be delivered. The Photographer provides only the selected and professionally edited images.
9. Use of Images
Copyright remains with the Photographer at all times. The Client may use the delivered images freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use of the images requires the Photographer’s prior written permission.
10. Portfolio Usage
The Photographer may publish the completed images on their website, social media platforms, or portfolio only with the Client’s prior consent.
11. Force Majeure
The Photographer shall not be held responsible for events beyond their control, including but not limited to accidents, illness, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
12. Data Protection
The Photographer processes personal data only to the extent necessary for providing the service and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
13. Final Provisions
Any matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Hungary. By signing the photography agreement, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

General Terms & Conditions (GTC) – Wedding Photography Services

1. Purpose of the Terms & Conditions
These General Terms & Conditions regulate the conditions for using wedding photography services provided by SN Photography.
2. Booking the Wedding Date The wedding date becomes final after the contract has been signed by both parties and the agreed booking fee has been received.
3. Booking Fee The amount of the booking fee is specified in the contract. The booking fee serves to reserve the date and is therefore non-refundable in case of cancellation by the Client.
4. Payment The remaining balance must be paid no later than the wedding day or by the deadline specified in the contract.
5. Travel Costs A travel fee of 35 HUF/km applies for travel to the wedding location unless otherwise stated in the contract.
6. Scope of the Service The service applies exclusively to the package and duration specified in the contract.
7. Delivery of Images The completed photographs will be delivered in edited form through a digital gallery or download link. The maximum delivery time is 8 weeks, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
8. RAW Files RAW files are not included in the service and will not be delivered. The service includes only the selected and professionally edited images.
9. Image Selection The selection and editing of the delivered photographs are always carried out according to the Photographer’s professional judgment.
10. Use of Images Copyright of the photographs remains with the Photographer at all times. The Client may use the delivered images freely for personal purposes. Commercial use is only permitted with the Photographer’s prior written permission.
11. Portfolio Usage The Photographer may publish the images on their website, social media platforms, or portfolio only with the Client’s prior written consent.
12. Cancellation The Client must notify the Photographer of any cancellation without delay. The booking fee will be retained if the cancellation occurs due to reasons within the Client’s responsibility.
13. Force Majeure The Photographer shall not be held responsible for events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, serious illness, accidents, or other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, both parties will make reasonable efforts to agree on a new date or find another suitable solution.
14. Data Protection The Photographer processes personal data only to the extent necessary for providing the service and in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
15. Final Provisions Any matters not regulated by these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of Hungary. By signing the photography contract, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these General Terms & Conditions.
